Maple Crumb Studio began with a simple idea: baking should feel welcoming, creative, and worth sharing. We spend our days planning hands-on classes, private workshops, and custom dessert experiences that fit real moments, from family celebrations to client events and team gatherings. In the kitchen, we focus on clear steps, fresh ingredients, and a calm pace so guests can learn comfortably around the Oven and understand how Yeast, dough, and decoration come together. We serve home bakers, couples, families, event planners, and local businesses across the Greater Toronto Area with sessions that feel personal, practical, and enjoyable.

From first message to the job
We begin by reviewing your event details, flavor preferences, dietary notes, and any visual references you have in mind. This helps Maple Crumb Studio shape a baking plan that feels personal and realistic for your schedule.
Next, the team prepares the dough, fillings, and toppings with close attention to yeast activity, resting time, and texture. The oven schedule is then set to match the type of bake, so each item develops the right rise and finish.
Once the bakes are ready, we move into the oven work and finish each piece with careful decoration. Glazes, crumb textures, and final details are added by hand to keep the presentation warm and polished.
Before pickup, we review packaging, transport tips, and the best way to store or serve the baked goods. If needed, we also share simple reheating notes so your order arrives ready for the table.

Common questions
Maple Crumb Studio focuses on hands-on baking studio services for people who want guided support with bread, pastries, and custom bakes. The work usually includes recipe planning, ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing with yeast, and baking in the studio oven, depending on the session or project.
A session generally includes the ingredients, equipment, and studio setup needed to complete the baking activity, along with guidance throughout each step. Depending on the format, it may also include yeast-based dough work, oven use, and a finished bake to take home or share.
Pricing is usually based on the size of the order, the level of detail, and the ingredients needed. If the work involves specialty fillings, yeast-based doughs, custom decoration, or extra oven time, that can also affect the final quote.
A quote may shift if the recipe changes, the order grows in quantity, or the timeline becomes tighter than expected. In a baking-studio setting, ingredient availability, seasonal pricing in Canada, and any last-minute adjustments to oven scheduling can also influence cost.
You can reach out by phone or email, and we also welcome messages through our contact form. If you are planning a baking-studio visit, let us know what you want to make so we can suggest a practical next step and get you started smoothly.
